Have struggled for a long time to find someone to assist with a long standing issue relating to our saniflo system. Step up Hamish!
Visit 1 - Hamish removed the Saniflo from toilet in ensuite, cleaned internally, then refitted and tested system. It worked much better, but he advised that it was still not working as it should. He recommended trying a saniflo descaler as a first step as well as other parts that were potentially required. I also asked Hamish to look the toilet in main bathroom whilst he was there and thankfully obliged and fixed the issue.
Visit 2 - Unfortunately the limescale remover didnt quite do the trick so Hamish came back soon to replaced hidden cistern, flush saniflo discharge pipe with mains water, and fit a new non-return valve on the saniflo outlet.
Very pleased to now have a fully working system that we dont have to keep switching off.
Hamish was courteous, clean and professional and great value for money. Will definitely use again.
